Our goal here at Maine Maritime Academy’s NROTC Unit is to indoctrinate our Midshipmen into our military’s way of life and values. We educate our Midshipmen on the importance of choosing physical fitness and basic nutrition as a new way of life. Our Midshipmen train at least three days a week in an organized physical fitness program which incorporates a variety of different activities. These activities promote teamwork, motivation, and a goal oriented spirit while building a strong mind and body.
