
Strength Training means to push your muscles by the use of weights or other means through resistance. When executing Strength Training you should attempt between 3 to 8 repetitions per exercise. When executing Endurance Training you should attempt 12 or more repetitions per exercise. While working out, concentrate on isolating specific muscle groups (Arms, Legs, Chest/Back). After working out a specific muscle group (Arms), rest that group and move on to the next group (Legs) for the next training session.
